Clear away what is no longer You

During the week, to my horror, I noticed that I started to act by old routines and habits! I noticed it due to a diffuse feeling in my gut, a gnawing feeling in some situations that did not feel good. I began to realize that it was old patterns, old patterns that had crept up to the surface. It was a relief to notice it, because at the same time I could also see it from above, clearly, and I could define the feeling of discomfort.

“I had said yes out of old habit without reflecting on whether it was what I want right now, without reflecting on whether it was in tune with who or what I am now.”

During the week I had some nice encounters with wise women and our spontaneous conversations came as a confirmation that I had picked up something inside me that needed to be investigated in depth. That it’s time to cleanse. Go through everything, one thing at a time, let go, quit or say no where it no longer feels right for me.

One day when I gave treatments of various kinds, this knowledge crystallized. It’s time to peel away all that which is kind of fun and okay to do, feels completely good, but… Exactly that, the things where there is a BUT – feeling. I need to go into the core, crystallize myself from the inside out so that everything is in balance with what I am.

In concrete terms, this means that I will focus on that which is in tune with my highest potential, that has my highest interest and that which is strongly rooted and comes from my inner source.

I choose to focus only on the services that are in line with my highest self, to share with me the gifts that are in harmony with my highest potential, my heart, my light and my soul. Clearly with emphasis on healing, intuitive singing and well-being. The core remains, only the shell is updated.
