My Practices are located in Porvoo, Loviisa and Helsinki. You may also contact me for treatments and coaching on distance and / or book for groupsessions, lectures, courses, retreats and personal- & group sessions in your region. We can make a program suited for you and your group.
Porvoo – My Wellness Center is located at my home in the centre of Porvoo. In January 2020, I followed my inner guidance and left “my full time working space” I had at the time, right before the global “Lock down”, which now show that it was the right decision. In PORVOO I mainly welcome you for private sessions and small groupsessions like meditation, healings and courses. You can book sessions for treatments by contacting me directly.
Loviisa – I give treatments in the newly renovated space of Monature Wellbeing, Kuningattarenkatu 17, Loviisa. The beautiful space has a treatment room, a waiting and relaxation area where you can wait for your own treatment or relax after the treatment. In the largest space, there is an eco hairdressing salon, which also holds group events such as Sound Healing Journey.
In Loviisa, I have separate treatment days. On treatment days, I also facilitate Sound Healing Journey in the evenings. If you wish, you can bring your own yoga mat, a blanket and a pillow. Otherwise, chairs are provided, one of which is a comfortable rocking chair. You can find dates and events in Events.

Helsinki, Auringonsilta – is located at Pursilahdenranta 2d, Vuosaari in Helsinki. You can book time for private sessions and attend groupsessions there as well. At the beautiful location of Auringonsilta I facilitate both Personal and Group sessions. You’ll find upcoming events here or on my Facebook page. Book your sessions here.
